Dear Parents, Assalamu Alaikum!

We cordially invite you to attend the Term 2 Parent-Teacher Meeting. This is an important opportunity to discuss your child's academic progress, strengths, and areas for improvement with their class teachers and subject teachers.

Why Parent-Teacher Meetings Matter

Research consistently shows that strong parent-teacher communication is one of the most important factors in a child's academic success. These meetings help us work together as a team to support each student's unique learning journey. Topics of discussion will include:

• Academic performance in Term 2 assessments
• Attendance and punctuality
• Classroom behaviour and participation
• Homework completion and study habits
• Social development and peer relationships
• Any concerns the parent or teacher may have

Schedule

The meeting will be held on [Date to be confirmed] at the school. Time slots per class:

• UKG & Classes I–II: 9:00 AM — 10:30 AM
• Classes III–V: 10:30 AM — 12:00 PM
• Classes VI–VIII: 1:00 PM — 3:00 PM

Guidelines for Parents

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled slot
• Review your child's report card and homework diary before the meeting
• Prepare any questions or concerns you wish to discuss
• Please do not bring young children into the meeting rooms to ensure a focused discussion
• If you are unable to attend, kindly inform the class teacher in advance to reschedule
